General Provisions
Legal Basis: These regulations are drafted and enforced in accordance
with the applicable regulations of the Ministry of Economy (NGO Directorate) in
order to regulate the recruitment, admission, treatment, and support of
children in need. The recruitment and admission of eligible children are
carried out through hospitals and health centers with which the organization
has signed official Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
Objectives: The objective of this procedure is to ensure transparency in the process of recruiting and admitting children, the manner of treatment, the obligations of the organization and families, and the regulation of responsibilities of both parties. Scope of Application: The provisions of this procedure apply to all needy and underprivileged children who are covered by the organization’s health and support services.
